IN RE:	HB1911 by Burrows (relating to the confidentiality of certain home address information in ad valorem tax appraisal records.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

The bill would amend Chapter 25 of the Tax Code to expand the confidentiality of home addresses in appraisal records to include current or former employees or contract staff members of a university health care provider at corrections facilities operated by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice or the Texas Juvenile Justice Department and current or former attorneys for the Department of Family and Protective Services.
