IN RE:	HB522 by Schofield (Relating to regulation by a property owners' association of certain religious displays.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

The bill would amend the Property Code to prohibit property owners' associations from restricting the display of religious items on the owner's property.

The bill would also repeal Sections 202.018(c) and (d) of the Property Code.
