R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, During the 83rd Legislative Session, Adriana Olivia
  Espinoza has ably served her fellow Texans as an intern in the
  office of State Representative Alma Allen; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Espinoza has conducted
  policy analysis, worked with constituents, and helped with general
  administrative duties; she has performed these responsibilities
  and others with energy and intelligence, and her initiative and
  willingness to learn have contributed greatly to the effectiveness
  of the office; and
         WHEREAS, The daughter of John and Cynthia Davis and Jesse and
  Arcelia Espinoza, Ms. Espinoza graduated summa cum laude with a
  bachelor's degree in social work from The University of Texas at
  Arlington, and she is currently a first-year graduate student in
  the social work program at The University of Texas at Austin; after
  earning her master's degree in 2014, she hopes to pursue a career in
  policy analysis; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Espinoza has contributed to the work of state
  government while enhancing her knowledge of the legislative process
  and the issues that concern the citizens of the Lone Star State, and
  she is indeed deserving of special recognition; now, therefore, be
  it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Adriana Olivia Espinoza for her service
  as an intern in the office of State Representative Alma Allen and
  extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all her
  future endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Espinoza as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
