R E S O L U T I O N
|

|
|
WHEREAS, An inspiring couple whose lives have been enhanced |
|
|
by a great and enduring love, James and Frances Utley of Mineola |
|
|
reached a special milestone in their relationship when they |
|
|
celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on January 31, 2011; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Utley have nurtured a close and |
|
|
fulfilling marriage that has been made even richer with the |
|
|
addition of their four children, Rickey, Latrena, Sheila, and |
|
|
Wendell, as well as their eight grandchildren; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, While much has changed in the world over the past six |
|
|
decades, this devoted husband and wife have remained constant in |
|
|
their commitment to one another, and the strength of their love has |
|
|
enabled them to meet life's challenges and opportunities with grace |
|
|
and optimism; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate James and Frances Utley on their |
|
|
60th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Utley as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
