No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to include warrant officers and related equipment in the definition of the term security personnel, services, and items that could be financed with money from the municipal court building security fund.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
