IN RE:	SB808 by Whitmire (Relating to allowing certain claimants to file an application under the Crime Victims' Compensation Act.), As Engrossed

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure related to the time-frame a victim may submit a claim for victim compensation with the Office of the Attorney General (OAG). The OAG indicates that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.
