HB2027 by Zerwas (Relating to adoption of the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act; providing criminal penalties.), As Passed 2nd House

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would replace the current Texas Anatomical Gift Act with the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, relating to the donation and use of parts or all of the human body after death.  According to the agenices, the bill would not have significant fiscal impact to the state because it does not represent a change to current agency operations.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
